Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing passed and seated food service with care and precision

  • Supporting wine and beverage service as directed

  • Maintaining tables, stations, and guest-facing areas

  • Assisting with service setup, transitions, and breakdown

  • Following service standards, timing, and direction from Captains

  • Engaging guests with a friendly, professional presence
