  • Receiving, tagging, and storing guests’ coats and belongings

  • Managing coat check flow during peak arrival and departure times

  • Ensuring accuracy, organization, and security of items

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly coat check area

  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of the coat check station

  • Communicating clearly with Captains and event teams as needed
