Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving coffee and specialty beverages as directed

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented service station

  • Managing guest interactions with warmth and professionalism

  • Following preparation standards, timing, and service flow

  • Assisting with setup, restocking, and breakdown of the station

  • Communicating clearly with Captains and service teams
